老年肠梗阻患者急诊手术并发症的影响因素分析

目的 探讨老年肠梗阻急诊手术并发症的影响因素.方法 回顾性分析安徽医科大学第二附属医院急诊外科2013年6月至2015年12月收治的87例老年肠梗阻患者的临床资料.结果 87例患者中,并发症发生率为37.93%;单因素分析发现,基础疾病、肠绞窄、手术时机、ASA分级及术前白蛋白水平等与并发症相关(P<0.05);多因素分析显示基础疾病、ASA分级、术前白蛋白水平是老年肠梗阻患者的独立危险因素.结论 老年肠梗阻急诊手术并发症发生率高,受基础疾病、ASA分级及术前白蛋白水平的影响,应加强围手术期的管理.

Influence factors of emergency surgery complications in elderly patients with intestinal obstruction

Objective To ascertain theinfluence factors of emergency surgery complications in elderly patients with intestinal obstruction.Methods The clinical data of 87 elder patients who had intestinal obstruction and operated in emergency were analyzed. The patients were admitted from June 2013 to December 2015 to the Department of Emergency Surgery, the Second Hospital of Anhui Medical University.Results The rate of complication was 37.93% in the 87 patients.Univariate analysis revealed that basic disease, intestinal strangulation, timing of surgery,ASA classification and preoperative albumin levels were factors of emergency surgery complications in elderly patients with intestinal obstruction(P<0.05). Further multivariate analysis showed that basic disease, ASA classification and preoperative albumin levels were independent risk factors.Conclusion Elderly patients with intestinal obstruction operated in emergency have higher rate of complications.Hence the perioperative management should be strengthened.
