蛇葡萄根软膏提取工艺的研究

摘    要:目的研究蛇葡萄根软膏中虎杖和蛇葡萄根的提取工艺。方法以干膏收率、虎杖中大黄素含量和蛇葡萄根中没食子酸含量为指标,以乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、生药粒径及渗漉流速为考察因素,采用L9(34)正交试验法,优选乙醇渗漉提取的工艺。结果虎杖优选的提取工艺为40目生药粒径的药材,以12倍处方量90%乙醇、4mL/m in.kg流速渗漉提取;蛇葡萄根优选的提取工艺为:60目生药粒径的药材,以10倍量70%乙醇、4mL/m in.kg流速渗漉提取。结论优选得到的提取工艺稳定可行。
