国产盐酸纳曲酮对阿片类依赖脱毒治疗后预防复吸的疗效观察

本研究应用国产盐酸纳曲酮对86例临床脱毒后的阿片类依赖者进行了6 -12mon临床观察,并随机挑选同期入院未接受纳曲酮治疗的86例阿片类依赖者作为对照,结果表明:试验组服用纳曲酮平均保持时间83.1d±s59.1d、比既往脱毒后平均操守时间9.44d±s17.70d明显延长,自身对照有非常显著差异;保持不复吸平均时间164.1d±s105d,比对照组保持不复吸平均时间48.84d±s94.84d明显延长,同期对照亦有非常显著差异。高剂量组服药人数保持率高于中剂量和低剂量组,合适剂量应为40 -50mg。研究表明:国产纳曲酮能明显降低复吸率,不良反应轻,用于脱毒后的巩固治疗有明显疗效。

CLINICAL STUDY FOR ASSESSING THE EFFICACY OF NALTREXONE IN THE PREVENTING RELAPSE AFTER DETOXIFICATION IN OPIATE DEPENDENCE

month follow-ups have been carried out after treatment with naltrexone,NTX to prevent relapse after detoxification in opiate dependence. This study indicated the rate of maintaining un-relapse and administration with NTX in different months are significantly higher than that of past detoxification and the control group without NTX in the same time. The mean time of administration with NTX (83.1±59.1 d) and remaining un-relapse (164.1 d±s 105 d)was significantly longer than that of remaining un-relapse (9.44 d±s 17.70 d)in past detoxification and the control group (48.84 d±s 94.84 d) in the same time. The cases of administration with NTX in high-dose was significantly higherthan that of middle-dose and lower-dose.The cases of administion NTX in middle-dose was higher than that of lower-dose. The appropriate dose should be 40-50 mg·d-1 of NTX. Frequency of adverse drug reaction during treatment was occurred highly in 1st week to 1st month,including mainly poor appetite、anxiety、insomnia、irratability.This study indicates that home-made NTX can decrease relapse rate, causing little adverse drug reaction and being effective for preventing relapse after detoxification in opiate addicts.
