高氧液对缺血再灌注家兔多脏器细胞损伤的保护作用

摘    要:
目的观察高氧液向人体组织细胞直接供氧,改善肌体的缺血缺氧状态,探讨高氧液对缺血再灌注家兔多脏器细胞损伤的保护作用。方法家兔36只,采用失血性休克模型,随机分为3组,检测多脏器组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)含量及血浆酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、镁离子(Mg2+)浓度等,小肠组织作电镜观察。结果再灌注90min后,高氧液治疗组肝、肾、肺、肠等组织器官中的MDA和TNF水平低于对照组,SOD水平则高于对照组,血ACP、Mg2+浓度高氧液治疗组低于对照组;电镜观察,肠黏膜上皮细胞损伤,高氧液组不明显。结论高氧液对家兔缺血再灌注多脏器细胞的损伤有保护作用。

Abstract:
Aim To observe whether hyperoxia liquid exerts any protective effect on multiple organ damage in ra bbits during ischemia reperfusion.Methods The 36white rabbits were randomly di vided into three groups:the normal control,the shock control an d hyperoxia liquid groups.The hemor-rhagic shock animal models were prep ared.We examined the tissue SOD,MDA and TNF in various organs and ACP,Mg 2+ concentration in blood.We also observed the morphological change in intestinal epithelium through the electronic microscopy(EM).Results At 90minutes following reperfusion,the tissue MDA and TNF levels in liver,kidney,lung and intestine in hy-peroxia liquid animals were signifi cantly lower than those of the two con trol groups,while the tissue SOD was high er.The blood ACP and Mg 2+ in hy-peroxia liquid animals were signifi cantly lower than those of the two con trol groups.The EM demonstrated that the damage of epithelial cell was not obvious in hyperoxia liquid group.Conclusion Hyperoxia liquid can pre-vent multiple organ cell damage during ischemia reperfusion.
