摘    要:目的建立毛细管柱气相色谱法分析四类食品中的甜蜜素含量。方法样品中的甜蜜素经溶剂萃取、NaNO2和H2SO4 衍生化,衍生产物用HP-5毛细管柱气相色谱法进行测定。结果在0.0-1000.0μg/ml的线性范围内,甜蜜素含量呈良好线性关系(相关系数0.99965),样品测定的相对标准偏差为1.78%-3.87%(n=6),平均回收率在95.1%-106.0%。结论本方法简便,快速,准确,适用于四类食品的测定。

Modified methond for detection of sodium cyclamate in four kinds of foods.

Abstract:Objective To establish the method for determination of sodium cyclamate in four kinds of foods by capillary gas chromatography. Methods Sodium cyclamate in the samles was extracted and derivatized by NaNO2 and H2SO4.. then determined by HP-5 capillary gas chromatography. Results Sodium cyclamate content was in a good linear relation (r=- 0.99965) with the range from 0.0 - 1000.0μg/mL, the RSDs were from 1.78% to 3.87%(n=6),and the average recovery rates were from 95.1% to 106.0%. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, accurate and suitable for determination of sodium cyclamate in four kinds of foods.
