海南澄迈县在押吸毒人员丙型肝炎病毒检测分析

目的了解澄迈县高危人群中丙型肝炎病毒感染情况。方法用酶联免疫吸附试验（EusA法）检测澄迈县戒毒所715名在押吸毒人员血清标本中的丙型肝炎病毒IgG抗体。结果715例标本中检测出HCV抗体阳性标本388例，阳性率为54．27％，其中301例曾经共用针具的吸毒者256例HCV抗体阳性率为85．04％，90例单独使用针具吸毒者中阳性率为38．89％，324例单纯12I吸的吸毒者阳性率为29．73％。三组比较差异有统计学意义（χ2=14．31，P〈0．05）结论丙型肝炎病毒已在共用针具的吸毒者中广泛传播，在该人群中开展预防丙型肝炎病毒感染工作非常必要，应积极采取措施杜绝共用针具吸毒。

Detection of HCV in the drug addicts detained in Chengmai county.

Objective To understand the epidemic situation of Hepatitis C virus（HCV） among the high risk group in Chengmai county. Methods The HCV in drug addicts detained in drug addiction treatment centre in Chengmai county were detected with ELISA. Results The positive rate of anti-HCV was 54.27% （388/715） .The 301 addicts shared needles with a anti- HCV positive rate of 85.04% （256/301） and the positive rate of anti-HCV in 90 in injection drug users （IDUs） was 38.89% （35/90） in IDUs. The positive rate of anti- HCV was 29.73% （97/324） in 324 oral drug addicts. Significant difference in positive rates of anti-HCV were observed among the three groups （χ2=14.31,P〈0.05）. Conclusion HCV has been widely spread among the drug addicts sharing needles. Effective measures for control and prevention of HCV infection in the drug addicts be taken.
