萘普生分散片的人体生物利用度

摘    要: 目的:研究萘普生分散片在健康志愿者体内的相对生物利用度。方法:单剂量口服萘普生分散片和胶囊剂,用高效液相色谱法测定血浆中药物浓度,计算生物利用度参数。以配对t检验与双单侧检验进行统计分析。结果:分散片和胶囊剂的cmax分为60.72和61.16μg·ml-1,tmax为2.40和2.50h,AUCo-为1174.08和1189.42 h·μg·ml-1。分散片相时于胶囊剂的生物利用度为98.71%。结论:2种萘普生制剂生物等效。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To study pharmacokinetics and relative bi oavailability of naproxen dispersible tablet in 10 healthy volunteers.METHODS:According to the crossover design,each volunteer was orally gi ven naproxen dispersible tablet and capsule.The plasma concentrations were dete rmined by HPLC.Pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated.The analysis of vari ance and double single-side t-test were used as statistical analysis.RESULTS:After a single oral dose,the peak levels in plasma averaged cmax were 60.72 and 61.16 μg.ml-1,tmax 2.40 and 2.50 h,AUC0-∞1174.08 and 1189.42 h.μg.ml-1 for dispersib le tablet and capsule,respectively.The relative bioavailability of naproxen dis persible tablet was 98.71% compared with capsule.CONCLUSION:The dispersible tablet and capsule of naproxen were bioequivalent.
