“大三阳”患者HBeAg浓度与HBV复制水平的关系

目的分析“大三阳”患者的HBeAg浓度与HBV复制水平的关系，并探讨用化学发光法检测HBeAg浓度用于HBsAg阳性病例与HBV复制水平的相关性。方法随机抽取其中血清“大三阳”患者共143例，应用荧光定量PCR（fuorescence quantitative PCR，FQ—PCR）和化学发光法（Chemiluminescence Immunoassay，CLIA）测定乙型肝炎病例的血清HBeAg浓度。比较不同DNA复制水平病例的HBeAg浓度，以及不同HBeAg浓度病例的DNA水平，同时进行HBeAg浓度与DNA水平相关性分析。结果血清HBeAg浓度与HBVDNA复制水平呈正相关，结论血清HBsAg和HBeAg阳性乙型肝炎病例血清HBeAg浓度与HBV复制水平有一定相关性，相关性R≥0．95。

The relationship between serum HBeAg concentration and HBV replication level in hepatitis B patients winl positive serumHBsAg and HBeAg

Objective To analyze the relationship between serum HBeAg concentration and HBV replication level in hepatitis B patients with positive serum HBsAg and HBeAg,and to explore the possibility of using serum HBeAg concentration as a marker of HBV replication level in hepatitis B patients with positive serum HBsAg.Methods HBV DNA level and serum HBeAg,HBsAg concentration of 143 patients with positive serum HBsAg and HBeAg were quantitatively detected by real time fluorescence quantitative PCR(FQ—PCR)and Chemiluminescence Immunoassay(CLIA) respectively.HBeAg concentrations were compared among patients with different HBV DNA levels,and HBV DNA levels were compared among patients with different HBeAg concentrations.The correlation between serum HBeAg concentration and DNA replication level were analyzed.Results HBeAg concentration was positively corelated with HBV DNA replication level.Conclusion To some extent,serum HBsAg concentration is related to HBV DNA replication level in hepatitis B patients with positive serum HBsAg and HBeAg.
