社区护理干预对于社区高血压患者服药依从性的影响研究

目的:探析社区护理干预对于社区高血压患者服药依从性的影响。方法:选取本社区2018年9~2019年9月确诊为高血压的60例患者作为此次研究对象,通过抽签法将其随机分为常规组(30例)与观察组(30例),利用常规方法对患者进行干预,在常规组的基础上,给予观察组社区护理干预,对比两组患者服药依从性、健康行为形成率以及护理满意度。结果:观察组患者服药依从性(96.67%)明显高于常规组患者服药依从性(76.67%),P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;观察组患者各项健康行为形成率均明显高于常规组患者,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;观察组患者护理满意度(90%)明显高于常规组患者护理满意度(70%),P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:社区护理干预能够提高社区高血压患者服药依从性,其效果显著,可以考虑积极推广。

Study on the Influence of Community Nursing Intervention on the Drug Compliance of Community Hypertension Patients

Objective:To explore the influence of community nursing intervention on medication compliance of community hypertension patients.Methods:60 patients with hypertension diagnosed in the community from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study.They were randomly divided into the conventional group(30 cases)and the observation group(30 cases).The patients were intervened by the conventional method.On the basis of the conventional group,the observation group was given community nursing intervention,and the drug compliance and health behavior formation rate of the two groups were compared And nursing satisfaction.Results:The compliance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(96.67%),P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;the formation rate of various health behaviors of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant;the nursing satisfaction of the observation group(90%)was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(70%),P The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Community nursing intervention can improve the compliance of patients with hypertension in community,its effect is significant,and it can be actively promoted.
