补肾类方药及中药有效成分抗衰老的作用机制研究进展

衰老是一个涉及多个方面包括脏腑器官、细胞组织以及多种年龄相关性疾病的生命阶段。中医认为肾虚与衰老密切相关，补肾在延缓衰老方面发挥着重要作用，中药可以多途径、多靶点、多功效地起到延缓衰老的作用，文章查阅文献归纳了补肾类方药及中药有效成分在延缓衰老研究中的作用机制，包括调节氧化应激、调节内质网应激、调节细胞凋亡、调节免疫反应、促进干细胞增殖与分化、神经保护作用等，以期为中药抗衰老的研究提供借鉴。

Research progress of kidney-tonifying herbs and anti-aging mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine active ingredients

Aging is a life stage that involves many aspects including organs, cells and tissues, as well as various age-related diseases. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that kidney deficiency is closely related to aging, and tonifying kidney plays an important role in delaying aging. Traditional Chinese medicine can delay aging in multiple ways, multiple targets and multiple effects. This paper summarizes the mechanism of kidney-tonifying formulas and effective components of traditional Chinese medicine in delaying aging research by reviewing the literature. It can regulate oxidative stress, endoplasmic reticulum stress, apoptosis, immune response, stem cell proliferation and differentiation, and neuroprotection, so as to provide reference for the anti-aging research of traditional Chinese medicine.
