地塞米松对弓形虫感染小鼠细胞免疫的影响

摘    要:目的通过测定T淋巴细胞转化率和细胞因子,观察地塞米松对弓形虫感染小鼠细胞免疫功能的影响。方法将小鼠分成正常对照组(不进行特殊处理),感染组(经口感染5×10^4个速殖子/只小鼠)和抑制感染组(在接种前48h开始肌肉注射地塞米松2mg/kg/d,48h后用5×10^4个速殖子/只小鼠经口感染小鼠),处理后0.5、10、15d采血。分别用MTTN、ELISA法测定T淋巴细胞转化率和细胞因子IFN-γ、IL-2、IL-4含量。结果抑制感染组T淋巴细胞转化率和细胞因子IFN-γ、IL之含量均低于感染组(P〈0.05)。结论地塞米松有抑制弓形虫感染小鼠细胞免疫功能的作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of Desamethasone on cellular immunity in mice infected with toxoplasma gondii and its mechanism. Method The mice infected with toxoplasma gondii were divided into control group, infective group and immunosuppressed infective group. They were infected with toxoplasma gondii after injecting desamethasone(DEX) and respectively used MTT and ELISA to test the proliferation rate of T lymophcyte and the level of IFN-γ,IL-2,IL-4 in serum after 0,5,10,15 day. Result DEX can obviously decrease the level of IFN-γ,IL-2,in serum(P〈0.05 or 001. ). Conclusions DEX can obviously decrease cellular immunity of mice inflected with toxoplasma gondii.
