| 摘 要： | 目的研制岛津CL8000全自动生化分析仪碱性清洗液代替产品,在保证检测质量的前提下,降低试剂成本。方法根据岛津CL8000系列全自动生化分析仪清洗原理,并结合次氯酸钠所具有的良好的冲洗和去污能力,加入非离子表面活性剂、消泡剂等配制成碱性清洗液。结果经比对试验、精密度实验、稳定性测试及日常病人标本应用测试证实,该自配碱性清洗液可达到原装碱性清洗液的清洁效果。结论自配碱性清洗液配制方法简单,成分稳定,可较好地满足日常工作的需要,同时又大大降低了成本。

| Abstract: | Objective To develop a generic alkaline washing liquid for the SHIMADZU CL8000 clinical chemistry analyzer that can guarantee the quality of the tests and can be manufactured in a lower cost.Methods Based on the washing requirement of the SHIMADZU CL8000 clinical chemistry analyzer,a generic alkaline washing liquid was prepared from hypochlorite and nonionic detergent.Results Through the test of accuracy,stability and patient samples,the result of using generic alkaline washing liquid to clean the analyzer is as good as the authentic washing liquid.Conclusion The generic alkaline washing liquid is easy to prepare,able to clean the analyzer,stable and inexpensive. |
