| 摘 要： | 目的:本研究旨在通过临床研究观察参术生肌汤治疗感染性创面的临床效果,从而探索促进感染创面愈合的有效方法。方法:本研究观察的60例患者病人,随机分成治疗组、对照组,各30例,清创后治疗组用浸透中药液的参术生肌汤换药,对照组用浸透呋喃西林溶液的无菌敷料换药。比较2组肉芽组织的生长情况。用药4周后观察总体疗效。结果:(1)2组临床总体疗效比较:治疗组治愈率60.00%,有效率96.67%,对照组治愈率40.00%,有效率76.67%;经Mann-whitney U检验,治疗组与对照组的总体疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)肉芽组织生长情况比较,治疗组优于对照组。两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论:参术生肌汤能改善感染创面的血液循环,促进肉芽组织生长,抗炎抑菌,创造湿润的愈合环境,增强创面局部的免疫功能,从而有效促进感染性创面愈合。
