| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中药金水宝、水林佳合拉米夫定治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的效果。方法：将89例慢性乙型肝炎患随机分成治疗组60例，对照组29例。疗程为9个月至2年。结果：治疗9个月后，治疗组在HBsAg、HBeAg、HBV-DNA阴转率，肝功能复常率及症状体征的恢复率方面优于对照组。结论：中西医结合治疗慢性乙型肝炎，能抑制病毒复制，改善肝脏循环和肝功能，提高疗效，缩短疗程。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the effects of Jinshuibao, Lingzhi Capsule combined with Lamivudine in treating chronic viral hepatitis B (CHB). Method: Eighty nine patients with CHB were randomly divided into treatment group (60 cases) and control group (29 cases). The treatment course ranged from 9 months to 2 years. Result: After 9 months of treatment, the treatment group was superior to the control group in the negative seroconversion rate of HBsAg, HBeAg and HBV DNA, the recovery rate of liver function, symptoms and signs. Conclusion: The therapy of the combination of traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine could inhibit the duplication of hepatitis B virus, improve the liver microcirculation and the liver function, shorten the treatment course, and improve the therapeutic effects.60cases)andcontrolgrou |
