摘    要:
基质金属蛋白酶3(MMP-3,又称基质细胞溶解酶1)是人体内最重要的蛋白酶之一。它对多种细胞外基质有蛋白水解作用,参与人体许多病理和生理过程。目前报道的关于MMP-35A/6A基因多态性和动脉粥样硬化的关系,仍存在争议。文章就MMP-35A/6A基因多态性与冠状动脉及颈动脉粥样硬化的关系予以综述。

Abstract:
Matrix metalloproteinase3(MMP-3,also named stromelysin1)is one of the most important proteinases of the body.It has proteolytic activity on a number of extracellular matrix proteins,participates in many pathological and physiological processes.There still is controversy about the relationship with polymorphism of MMP-3 5A/6A and atherosclerosis.This article reviews the relationship of polymorphism of MMP-3 5A/6A with atherosclerosis of aeteria coronaria and carotid.
