髌骨环联合Herbert钉治疗髌骨粉碎伴冠状面骨折的疗效分析

目的评价髌骨环联合Herbert钉内固定治疗髌骨粉碎性伴冠状面骨折的疗效。方法自2006—01—2012—12收治髌骨粉碎性伴冠状面骨折24例，其中闭合性损伤18例，开放性损伤6例，均采用髌骨环联合Herbert钉内固定治疗。结果本组手术时间平均1．5h，术中出血量平均100ml，住院时间平均13d。术后随访6．18个月，末次随访时疗效根据Bostman标准评定：优22例，良l例，可l例，优良率95．8％。结论髌骨环联合Herbert钉内固定治疗髌骨粉碎性伴冠状面骨折疗效显著，具有良好的应用价值。

Effect analysis of patella ring combined with Herbert screw in treatment of comminuted patella fracture with coronal fracture

Objective To evaluate the effect of patella ring combined with Herbert screw in the treatment of comminuted patelia fracture with coronal fracture. Methods A total of 24 cases of comminuted patella fracture with coronary fracture followed from Jan. 2006 to Dec. 2012, which included 18 patients with closed injury and 6 patients with open injury, were all treated with patella ring combined with Herbert screw. Results The operation time was 1.5 h on average, the blood loss was 100 ml on average, and the average stay was 13 d. The follow-up period was 6 to 18 months. At the last follow-up, according to the Bostman criterion： 22 cases were graded as excellent, 1 as good and 1 as fair, with excellent and good rate of 95.8%. Conclusion The treatment of patella ring combined with Herbert screw is effective in the eomminuted patella fracture with coronal fracture patients. It is worthy to be popularized.
