摘    要:
目的:观察早期康复治疗对脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体运动功能恢复的影响。方法:60例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为康复组(常规神经内科药物治疗+以运动疗法为主的康复治疗)和对照组(常规神经内科药物治疗)。Fugl-Meyer简式运动功能评定法评价两组治疗前、后的运动功能;临床神经功能缺损程度评定中枢神经损伤程度。结果:康复组上肢运动功能(12.4±9.4)改善及临床神经功能缺损程度(6.9±3.7)恢复均明显好于对照组(7.0±7.4,3.5±3.0)(P〈0.05)。结论:康复的早期介入对脑卒中患肢运动功能恢复具有促进作用,能明显降低患者运动功能障碍程度。

Abstract:
Objective: To observe the effect of early rehabilitation therapy on the movement function of limbs in patients with cerebral stroke. Methods: Sixty patients with cerebral stroke were randomly divided into rehabilitation group (drug for cerebrovascular disease and systematic physical therapy)and control group(drug for cerebrovascular disease). Fugl-Meyer motor assessment scale and the clinical nervous function defect scale were used to evalute the movement function before and after therapy between two groups. Results: The movement function of upper extremity( 12.4 ± 9.4)and the clinical nervous function defect(6.9 ± 3.7)in the rehabilitation group were improved significantly( P 〈 0.05)than those in the control group(7.0± 7.4, 3.5± 3.0). Conclusion: The rehabilitation intervention of systematic physical therapy can improve the movement function of stroke patients.
