| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨护理心理干预对卵巢囊肿介入术患者术前负性情绪的影响。方法:100例实施卵巢囊肿介入术患者随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组给予常规术前准备,实验组在此基础上实施护理心理干预,两组患者分别于入院心理干预前及术前采用SCL-90评定两组患者的心理状态;术中采用简式McGill疼痛问卷了解两组患者在术中自身感受。结果:实验组经护理心理干预后,与自身干预前及对照组比较,焦虑、抑郁、恐怖等因子评分明显下降(P<0.01,P<0.05);对比两组在术中的自身感受,实验组的疼痛强度明显比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:护理心理干预对卵巢囊肿介入术患者术前的负性情绪有明显的改善作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore Effect of psychological nursing on moods of patients with ovarian cyst treated with interventional therapy.Methods:One hundred patients receiving interventional therapy for ovarian cyst were randomly divided into experiment group and control group.Conventional nursing care was taken in the control group,while additional psychological nursing was applied in the experiment group.The mental state of patients of the two groups was assessed by SCL-90 respectively before psychological nursing and operation,and the patients were asked the feeling in the operation with the McGill questionnaire.Results:The patient's anxiety,depression and terror evidently decreased after psychological nursing intervention in the experiment group(P<0.01,P<0.05) and their pain was less in the operation than that of the patients in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological nursing is very effective in improving moods of patients with interventional therapy for ovarian cyst. |
