| 摘 要： | [目的 ]检测胃癌病人血清白细胞介素 6 (interleukin 6 ,IL 6 )的动态变化 ,了解IL 6含量与胃癌的相关性 .[方法 ]采用酶联免疫吸附测定法 (双抗体夹心法 )动态检测 4 7例胃癌病人手术前后血清IL 6值的变化 ,并与正常人进行对比及相关分析 .[结果 ]胃癌病人血清IL 6水平明显高于正常人 ,而病人术后血清IL 6水平低于术前水平 .[结论 ]胃癌病人血清IL 6水平检测可作为评价胃癌病人的病情与疗效的辅助指标

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE?To detect serum interleukin 6(IL 6) of gastric carcinoma and investigate its significance. ?METHODS?Serum IL 6 in 47 patients on gastric carcinoma and healthy people were detected by ELISA test.?RESULTS?Compared with the healthy people, concentrations of serum IL 6 in patients on gastric carcinoma went up highly.The concentration variance of preoperative and postoperative serum IL 6 in patients on gastric carcinoma have significant difference.?CONCLUSION?The determination of serum IL 6 can be a supplementary target of appraising state of illness and curative effect of patients on gastric carcinoma. |
