摘    要:
目的 研究冬凌草的化学成分。方法 利用硅胶柱色谱、中压液相色谱、高效液相色谱等色谱技术对冬凌草甲醇提取物进行分离纯化,通过波谱数据分析,鉴定了化合物的结构,利用噻唑蓝(MTT)法测试化合物抗肿瘤活性。结果 从冬凌草中共分离鉴定6个化合物,分别为:rabdosianin A(1)、parvifoline G(2)、rabdoternin C(3)、betulin(4)、betulinic acid(5)、古柯二醇(6)。结论 化合物6为首次从香茶菜属中分离得到,化合物1、2、4、5为首次从冬凌草中分离得到。化合物5对人白血病细胞K562有较强的抑制作用,IC50值为1.45 µmol·L-1

Abstract:
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Rabdosia rubescens. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatograph, MPLC and preparative HPLC.Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral analyses, and the anti-tumor activities of the compounds were tested by MTT assay.Results Six compounds were isolated and identified as rabdosianin A (1), parvifoline G (2), rabdoternin C (3), betulin (4), betulinic acid (5), and erythrodiol (6).Conclusion Compound 6 was isolated from the Rabdosia genus for the first time and compounds 1, 2, 4, 5 were isolated from this plant for the first time.Compound 5 displays the stronger cytotoxicity against K562 cells with an IC50 value of 1.45 µmol·L-1.
