运动性低血睾酮及补肾中药对大鼠能量代谢某些指标的影响

摘    要:以SD雄性大鼠为研究对象 ,测定了安静对照 (C组 )、长期耐力运动 (T1组 )及运动性低血睾酮 (T2组 )状态下大鼠肝糖原、肌糖原浓度和骨骼肌磷酸肌酸激酶 (CK)、丙酮酸激酶 (PK)及苹果酸脱氢酶 (MDH)活性 ,并就补肾中药(T3组 )对上述指标变化的影响进行了探讨。结果发现 :经过 5周的大强度流动水游泳运动 ,T2组大鼠血清睾酮明显下降 (P <0 0 5 ) ,T1及T3组大鼠则无显著变化 ;运动各组大鼠肌糖原浓度虽有上升趋势 ,但无明显改变 ;T2及T3组大鼠肝糖原含量较C组明显增加 (P <0 0 5 ) ;各组大鼠股四头肌CK、PK活性均无明显差异 ;T2、T3组MDH活性有显著性提高 (P <0 0 5 )。我们认为 :运动性低血睾酮的内分泌变化 ,尚未影响到大鼠体内的糖储备和骨骼肌能量代谢其它指标的变化。补肾中药虽可对运动性低血睾酮的血睾酮浓度变化起纠正作用 ,但并未改变其它指标的变化。

Abstract:Male SD rats were randomly devided into four groups:rest control group(C),endurance exercise group(T1), endurance exercise_induced lower serum testosterone (EILST) group(T2) and T2 with Chinese herb for tonifying kidney group(T3).The muscle and liver glycogen concentration,the activities of creatine phosphokinase(CK), pyruate kinase(PK) and malate dehydrogenase(MDH) in quadriceps of rats were studied. The results showed that after 5 weeks strenuous flowing water swimming, the serum testosterone (T) level of T2 rats decreased significantly (P<0.05); but that the levels of T1 and T3 rats didn't change markedly; muscle glycogen concentrations of three exercise groups increased but were not significant; liver glycogen level and the MDH activity in quadriceps of T2 and T3 rats were higher than those of C rats markedly (P<0.05); but the activities of CK and PK in quadriceps didn't change significantly. These results imply that the endocrine changes of EILST don't affect the amounts of muscle and liver glycogen and the energy metabolism capacity of muscle. Chinese herb for tonifying kidney indeed has the function of regulating the lower serum testosterone in EILST state, but it seems has no effect on other data.
