| 摘 要： | 目的监测早期糖尿病肾病患者血压变化情况。方法对88例早期糖尿病肾病患者进行24h动态血压监测，并与88例尿白蛋白排泄宰正常的2型糖尿病患者对比分析。结果早期糖尿病肾病患者和对照组相比．昼夜血压明显升高，昼夜平均血压差值百分率下降。结论早期糖尿病肾病患者存在昼夜血压节律异常，且其微量白蛋白尿与昼夜血压升高、昼夜血压节律异常有显著相关关系。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the change of blood pressure in patients with early diabetic nephropathy who were examined by ambulatory blood prssure. Methods 88 patients with early diabetic nephropathy were examined by ambulatoryblood pressure, with 88 cases of type 2 diabetes who were normal in urinary albumin excretion rate as controls. Results The blood pressures in patients with early diabetic nephropathy were significantly higher compared with the control group,and the percentage of average pulse pressure went down. Conclusion The patients with early diabetic nephropathy has abnormal rhythm in blood pressure round the clock, and microalbuminuria is related to higher blood pressure. |
