| 摘 要： | 目的评价在CT引导下经皮肤用巴德针穿刺活检肺内占位性病灶的有效性和安全性。方法2005年1月至2007年8月在CT引导下对26例患者用巴德针经皮肤肺穿刺活检肺内占位性病灶。结果有24例标本适合病理或细胞学作出诊断,活检成功率92.3%（24/26）,其中腺癌14例、鳞癌2例、小细胞癌1例、干酪性坏死3例、脓肿1例、炎症2例、红染变性坏死组织1例。并发症发生率为30.7%（8/26）,其中4例患者出现少量气胸,1例出现气胸及皮下气肿,1例出现肺内少量出血,1例出现肺内出血和咯血,1例出现面色苍白。结论在CT引导下经皮肤用巴德针活检肺内占位性病灶,具有活检成功率高及并发症少且可耐受的优点。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the success biopsy rate and the safety of CT-guided percutaneous Bard needle biopsy of intrapulmonary lesions. Methods Between January 2005 and August 2007,26 consecutive patients underwent CT-guided percutaneous Bard needle biopsy of undetermined intrapulmonary lesions. Results The success biopsy rate was 92.3% （24/26）. There were 14 adenocarcinoma,2 sqamous cell cacinoma, 1 small-cell carcinoma, 3 cheese necrosis, 1 abscess, 2 inflammation and 1 red tissue with necrosis. The complications occurred in 8 of 26 cases（30. 7%）. The major complications were pneumothorax and postbiopsy bleeding. Most of them were minor and resolved spontaneously. Conclusion The technique has a high success biopsy rate and low complication rate. |
