四川省大学生对器官移植态度及捐献意愿的调查研究?

目的：了解四川省在校大学生对器官移植的态度及捐献意愿，探讨阻碍器官移植事业发展的可能原因。方法以问卷形式，对四川省内8所在校大学生进行调查研究。结果大学生从媒体宣传中获得器官移植相关知识的人数占39.16%；医学专业学生愿意捐献的人数占41.63%，非医学专业学生愿意捐献的人数占22.35%，医学专业学生的捐献意愿更高；影响大学生器官捐献态度的因素主要是家属意见(52.05%)和对相关机构的不信任(53.79%)。结论大学生器官捐献意愿度低；捐献意识有待提高；非医学院校有必要开展器官移植相关课程；有关政府部门应加大宣传力度，设立合理补偿机制，完善现有体制。

An Investigation into the Attitudes Towards Organ Transplantation and Willingness of Organ Donation in College Students-based on the Questionnaire in Sichuan Province

Objective To investigate the college students′ cognition on organ transplantation and their willingness of donation,explore the possible causes which hinder the development of organ transplantation in our country and offer suggestions to improve the situation.Methods The questionnaire was conducted among the students of 8 universities in Sichuan province in this survey.Results Students obtaining the information about organ tansplantation from the major media accounted for 39.1 6%;those willing to donate organs among medical students accounted for 41.63%,while those among non-medical students accounted for 22.35%,which shows that the willingness of organ donation was much stronger among medical students than among non-medical students;The main factors of weakening college students′willingness were the ideas of their family members (52.05%)and their distrust in the relevant institutions (53.79%).Conclusion College Students have low degree of willingness to donate;the college students′ awareness of organ transplantation should be strengthened;non-medical universities should offer the courses about organ transplantation; the authorities should enhance the publicity of organ transplantation and donation,establish rational compensation mechanisms,and improve the current system.
