摘    要:目的 探寻正常消化道肠壁血管超声检查法及二维彩色血流图。方法 高性能或高频腔内彩超仪,经腹部、直肠、阴道与会阴部,对正常消化管60例220段位进行检测。结果 多进路检查相结合探头徐缓加压、体位转动及适量饮水是有效方法。能获得空、回、结、直肠、肛管等肠壁的结构、血管分支与微细小支的血流图特征和基本参数,并与解剖符合。结论 多进路超声检查获得肠壁、肛管血流图;为消化道疾病诊断提供了基础的血流动力学信息。

Two-dimentional Color Ultrasonic Exploration and Clinical Implications for Normal Digestive Tract and Its Supplied Blood Vessels:Part One
Abstract:Objective To explore the ultrasonic examination methods of normal diagestive wall vessels,2-D and color imaging.Methods We examined 60 samples of normal diagestive tract using high performance or high frequency intra-cavity color ultrasonic equipments through abdominal area,rectum,vagina and perineum.Results After the patients drank adequate water,we turned the patients to a suitable posture,pressed the probe gradually,and combined with multiple examination approaches,which was an effective method.2-D pictures of normal jejunum,ileum,colon,rectum,anal canal as well as mesentery and other structures could be displayed;The mesenteric branches of superior and inferior mesenteric arteries could be seen through the intestinal lining from the end point of the mesentary to muscular layer and the lower layer,mucus membrane.The characteristics on color blood flow image of rectal anal canal capillaries could be shown the data of which were measured and confirmed by gross and microscopic dissection.Conclusions The multiple ultrasonic approach examination method can be used to obtain the images of the intestinal wall,rectal and anal canals,The basic parameters of the capillary blood flow of theintestinal wall and the anal canal can provide the basic hemodynamic informations for diagnosing digestive tract diseases.
