彩超在乳腺肿瘤诊断与鉴别诊断中的应用价值探讨

目的:探讨高频彩超诊断与鉴别诊断乳腺肿瘤的准确性.方法:使用(5~10)MHz高频探头和彩超观察肿瘤的特征性二维声像图和彩色多普勒的血流和血管的动力学参数、阻力指数、频谱形态,并且对其进行分析诊断.结果:98例乳腺肿瘤患者中,75例为良性肿瘤患者,23例为恶性肿瘤患者,其中4例良性肿瘤曾被误诊为恶性肿瘤.结论:利用彩超观察乳腺肿瘤的二维声像图特征和彩色血管形态和血流频谱能够为诊断和鉴别诊断乳腺肿瘤的良恶性提供准确的诊断依据,是临床诊断中的首选方法.

To Evaluate the Clinical Value of Diagnosis and Differential Diagnosis of Breast Cancer by Color Doppler Ultrasonography

Objective:To evaluate the accuracy of high frequency color doppler ultrasonography in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods:Use(5~10)MHz high frequency and color doppler observation the plane ultrasonographic,Kinetic parameters、 Resistance index and Spectrum form of the blood flow and vessels,And then analysis and diagnosis them.Results:98 cases of Breast cancer patients,75 cases of patients with benign tumors,23 cases of patients with malignant tumor,but there are 4 cases patients with benign tumors were misdiagnosised.Conclusion:Use of color doppler ultrasonography to observe the plane ultrasonographic of breast tumor,blood vessels form and blood flow can provide an accurate basis to diagnosis and differential diagnosis the benign or malignant of breast tumor.This is the preferred method of clinical diagnosis.
