| 摘 要： | 目的 分析循证护理在危重患者微量血糖监测中的应用.方法 对29例危重患者在微量血糖监测中实施循证护理,观察患者低血糖的发生率,并与26例在微量血糖监测中实施传统护理的危重患者进行对比,分析两组患者低血糖的发生率.结果 循证护理组患者低血糖的发生率低,与传统护理组患者,对比组之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在危重患者微量血糖监测中应用循证护理能够降低危重患者低血糖发生的危险.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the application of evidence-based nursing on monitoring blood gluoose of critical ill patients. Methods 29 critically ill patients were treated with evidence -based care in the micro-monitoring of blood glucose, meanwhile, 26 cases were treated with traditional care. The incidence of hy-poglycemia was observed. Results Patients with evidence -based nursing had significantly lower incidence of hy-poglycemia (P <0. 05) . Conclusions Evidence-based nursing on monitoring blood glucose of critical ill pa-tients could reduce the risk of hypoglycemia. |
