| 摘 要： | 报告1例边缘性脑炎患者的临床特点、实验室检查、电生理和颅脑影像资料以及经免疫抑制剂治疗后的预后,并结合文献讨论边缘性脑炎可能是一种累及边缘系统的自身抗体介导的免疫性疾病,影像学检查以边缘系统受累为主,经免疫抑制剂治疗有一定疗效.

| Abstract: | Report a case of limbic encephalitis patients admitted in our department in terms of clinical features,laboratory examination,electrophysiological and brain imaging data and prognosis after treatment with immune inhibitors.And combining with literature review limbic encephalitis may be an involvement of the autoantibodies mediated autoimmune disease of the limbic system,imaging examination and the limbic system involvement is given priority,and the immune inhibitors have certain curative effect. |
