高职高专学校护理实训教学存在的问题及对策思考

护理实训是高职高专护理专业教育教学的重要组成部分,是保障人才培养质量的重要教学环节.由于主客观原因,护理实训教学存在教学方式方法较为传统、内容更新滞后、师资队伍素质不高、学生学习缺乏主动性、实训设备落后等诸多问题.为提高教学质量,应改进教学方法、创新教学内容、完善考核评价体系、加强师资队伍建设,不断提高实训教育教学质量.

Nursing practice is an important part of higher vocational nursing education teaching,which is a vital link to safeguard the quality of personnel training.Due to subjective and objective reasons,nursing practice in traditional teaching methods,teaching content updates lags behind,the teachers troop quality is not high,students learning initiative is inadequate and practical training equipment is backward,and many other problems.To improve the quality of teaching,we should improve our teaching methods,innovate teaching content,improve the evaluation system,strengthen the construction of teaching staff,and improve teaching quality of practical education.
