护理干预对骨折患者术后疼痛及护理满意度的影响

目的:评价护理干预措施对骨折患者术后疼痛以及护理满意度的影响.方法:选择110例骨折患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组55例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组加用护理干预措施,采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)比较两组术后24h、48h以及72h疼痛情况、术后镇痛药物使用率以及护理满意度.结果:与对照组比较,观察组术后24h、48h以及72h的VAS评分均降低(P<0.05);观察组术后镇痛药物使用率明显低于对照组,护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:对骨折术后患者在常规护理措施的基础上实施护理干预措施,可以缓解患者术后疼痛感,减少术后疼痛药物使用率,提高护理满意度.

Influence of nursing intervention on postoperative pain and nursing satisfaction of patients with fracture

Objective:To evaluate the effect of nursing intervention on postoperative pain and nursing satisfaction of patients with fracture.Methods:110 patients with fracture were randomly divided into observation group and control group,55 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group were treated with nursing intervention.The pain postoperative 24h,48h and 72h of the two groups were compared by used visual ana-logue scale (VAS).Results:Compared with the control group,the pain postoperative 24h,48h and 72h of the observa-tion group were lower (P<0.05).The postoperative analgesic drug usage in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions:Nursing intervention measures on the basis of routine nursing measures for patients with frac-ture can relieve postoperative pain,reduce postoperative pain medication usage,and improve nursing satisfaction.
