针刺结合艾司西酞普兰治疗抑郁症疗效的临床观察

目的:对针刺结合艾司西酞普兰治疗抑郁症临床疗效进行观察和分析。方法:将60名抑郁症患者随机分成针药组和对照组各30例,其中针药组患者给予针刺合并艾司西酞普兰进行治疗,对照组患者仅给予艾司西酞普兰进行治疗。以汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、不良反应量表(TESS)对两组患者在基线及治疗第2周末、第4周末、第6周末、第8周末进行评定。结果:两组患者经治疗后,针药组显效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者HAMD评分较治疗前均显著下降(P<0.05),但针药组患者治疗后的HAMD总分较之于对照组差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合艾司西酞普兰治疗抑郁症可以明显改善患者的临床症状,减少不良反应。

Clinical observation of effects of acupuncture combined with Escitalopram in treatment of depression

Objective：To observe and analyze clirfical curative effects of acupuncture combined with Escitalopram in treatment of depression. Methods：60 patients with depression were randomly divided into research group （treated with acupuncture combined with Escitalopram） and control group （treated with Escitalopram）, 30 cases in each group. Hamilton depression scale （HAMD） and treatment emergent symptom scale （TESS） were used to evaluate at baseline and on 4th, 6th and 8th weekend of the treatment. Re- suits： After the treatment, the obvious effective rate of research group was significantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.05） ; and the HAMD scores of the two group both decreased significantly （P〈0.05）, however, there was a significant difference in HAMD score between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Acupuncture combined with Escitalopram in the treatment of depression can significantly improve the patient＇s clinical symptoms and reduce adverse reactions.
