| 摘 要： | 目的：观察老年急性心衰治疗中出现肾脏功能减退的比例，并分析原因。方法：70例老年心衰病人，治疗2周后发生肾衰21例，对比肾衰组和无肾衰组利尿剂用量、电解质紊乱、低氧血症、贫血等发生情况。结果：两组在利尿剂用量、电解质紊乱、低氧血症、贫血等比较差异显著。结论：老年心衰治疗中，要注意预防和治疗肾脏功能减退。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the rate of renal failure appearing in the process of the medical treatment to eld-age acute heart failure,and analyze common reasons.Methods:70 eld-age acute heart failure patients,after 2 weeks medical treatment 21 appearing renal failure,contrast the diuretic dosage,electrolyte disturbances,hypoxemia,anemia etc between the renal failure group and no renal failure group.Results:2 sets have the significant difference in the diuretic dosage,electrolyte disturbances,hypoxemia,anemia etc.... |
