生物芯片技术发展及应用前景

摘    要:生物芯片技术是近年来发展迅速的一项高新技术,是分子生物学、遗传学、核酸化学、表面化学、分析化学、计算机软件和微机械自动化技术等诸多领域高度结合的产物。生物芯片技术以其高通量、大规模和集成的特点被广泛应用于分子生物学水平上的生理及病理现象的探讨以及疾病发生的机理、疾病的诊断和预后等研究。此外,生物芯片技术还可应用于疫苗和新药的研制和开发。

Abstract:Bio-chip technique is a high and new technique developed in recent years, it is a product highly combined by molecular biology, genetics, nucleic chemistry, surface chemistry, analytic chemistry, computer software and micromechanical automatic technique etc. . Bio-chip technique is of characteristics of high passage, large scale and integration, it is widely used in exploring phenomenon of physiology and pathology at molecular biological level and research on mechanism of disease occurrence, diagnosis and prognosis. In addition, biochip technique can also be apphed in development of vaccine and new drugs.
