高血压性脑出血术后患者行分期康复护理对神经康复的优化作用

目的：观察高血压性脑出血患者术后采用分期康复护理进行干预对神经康复的优化作用。方法抽取我院2014年1月—2015年1月收治的300例高血压性脑出血患者，分成观察组与对照组，对照组实施常规护理干预，观察组在对照组护理基础上实施分期康复护理干预。对比2组患者的神经功能康复情况。结果观察组护理后2周、护理后3周、护理后4周的神经功能评分分别为（17.21±9.05）分、（10.01±8.12）分、（5.89±4.42）分，均显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论分期康复护理措施用于高血压性脑出血患者的临床护理中，可明显优化患者的神经康复功能，加快康复速度，提高生活质量，对改善患者的预后具有非常重要的意义。

Postoperative patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in installment of rehabilitation nursing on neurological rehabilitation is optimized

ObjectiveTo observe the postoperative patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and the stage of rehabilitation nursing intervention on neurological rehabilitation is optimized.MethodTo extract the hospital from January 2014 to January 2015,300 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients,divided into observation group and control group,control group routine nursing intervention,observation group in the control group based on nursing implementation stages of rehabilitation nursing intervention,compared two groups of patients with neurologic recovery. ResultsObservation group 2 weeks after nursing,nursing,nursing after 3 weeks after 4 weeks of nerve function score (17.21±9.05),respectively(10.01±8.12),(5.89±4.42),are lower than the control group,there was data contrast differences between groups(P<0.05).ConclusionThe stage of rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in clinical nursing work,can obviously optimize the neural function recovery in patients with,to speed up the recovery speed disease patients,improve patient quality of life,has very important significance for improving the prognosis of patients.
