生脉注射液对阻塞性黄疸术后炎症介质及肾功能作用的研究

摘    要:目的:观察生脉注射液对阻塞性黄疸(阻黄)术后炎症介质及肾功能的作用。方法:阻黄及非黄疸的肝外科患者分三组,术后给予一般治疗阻黄(OJ)组、非黄疸(NON-LJ)组及生脉注射液治疗阻黄组。动态观察血浆炎症介质内毒(LPs)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6,8(IL-6,IL-8)、内皮素(ET)以及肾脏功能指标尿转铁蛋白(TFR)、尿白蛋白(ALB)及尿视黄醇(RBP)的变化。结果:生脉主射液治疗组术后7天与术后1天相比,LPs、IL-6、IL-8、ET、TNF-α、TFR、RBP、ALB明显下降(P<0.05),且低于或接近术前水平,黄疸对照组在术后7天与术后1天相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:生脉注射液对阻黄患者术后LPs有拮抗作用,同时降低其它炎症介质水平,另外 具有保护肾脏功能的作用。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effect of Shengmai injection on inflammatory mediator and renal injury in obstructive jaundice.METHODS:The patients with obstructive jaundice were randomly divided into 2 groups. 15 cases of non-jaundiced patients as another control group according to preoperative arrangement. The plasma ET, LPs, TNF-а, IL-6, IL-8 and urine RBP, TFR, ALB were measured pre and post operative 1, 4, 7 days.RESULTS:LPs , TNF-а, IL-6, IL-8, ET, RBP, TFR and ALB level of Shengmai injection group during post-operative 7 day were obviously lowered as compared with the same group during post-operative 1 day(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:post-operative uses of Shengmai injection might effectively decrease the post-operative level of plasma LPs, ET, TNF-α and IL-6,IL-8. At the mean time, Shengmai injection may protect renal function by inhibiting inflammatory mediator and improving blood dynamics.
