| 摘 要： | 摘要：目的：了解南昌地区多重耐药肺炎链球菌（Streptococcus pneumonia，SP）的分子流行病学特征。 方法：收集南昌地区3家教学医院临床分离的SP 66株，用盒式聚合酶链反应（BOX-PCR）对23株临床分离的SP进行基因分析；用多位点序列分型（multilocus sequence typing,MLST)对其中7株多重耐药SP进行分子遗传学分析，了解其与国际流行株关系。 结果：23株SP用BOXPCR检测共分为11型，15个亚型。7株多重耐药SP MLST分型共检出７种序列型，分别为ST320、ST236、ST983、ST790、ST5747、ST5748、ST5749，其中ST5747、ST5748、ST5749为国际上首次发现。 结论：南昌地区多重耐药SP增加是由于耐药克隆株的播散，主要克隆株来自国际流行克隆CC236 (Taiwan19F-14 Clone)的传播。
