心理干预对人工流产术女性应激性焦虑的影响

目的探讨综合性心理干预对人工流产术女性焦虑情绪的影响。方法选取妊娠6～10周要求终止妊娠而无禁忌证的第一次接受人工流产术的门诊女性60例，随机分为干预组30例、对照组30例。干预组进行综合心理干预，包括术前的心理支持、认知干预、放松训练和术中的音乐治疗，对照组常规处理。干预前后测量两组肾上腺素和去甲肾上腺素浓度，评估焦虑情绪（焦虑自评量表SAS），并对疼痛程度和人工流产综合征进行评价。结果干预前干预组与对照组SAS评分、肾上腺素和去甲肾上腺素浓度无明显差别。干预后：术后1周SAS评分干预组明显低于对照组；各时段对照组肾上腺素和去甲肾上腺素浓度显著高于干预组；干预组术中中重度疼痛发生率及人工流产综合征发生率明显低于对照组。结论综合性心理干预有助于降低人工流产术女性的焦虑程度，降低人工流产综合征的发生率，减轻术中疼痛程度，是一种行之有效的干预方法。

Effect of psychological intervention on anxiety of women undergoing artificial abortion

Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive mental intervention on anxiety of women undergoing artificial abortion.Methods A total of 60 eases of women undergoing artificial abortion first time were selected,who have got pregnant for 6-10weeks and were applying for termination of pregnancy and without any contraindications in outpatient clinic.They were numbered according to their visiting sequence and were divided into intervention and control group with 30 cases randomly.Comprehensive mental interventions were carried for women in the intervention group before and during operation but not for women in control group.Then self-rate anxiety scale(SAS) and epinephrine and nor epinephrine were detected and pain degree and artificial abortion syndrome of them were evaluated either.ResultsThere were no significant difference in moderate and severe pain during artificial abortion of pregnant women in intervention group was lower than that of control group.Incidence of artificial abortion syndrome among pregnant women in intervention group was lower than that of control group.Conclusion Comprehensive mental intervention is a good way to lower anxiety degree and to relieve the pain of pregnant women undergoing artificial abortion ,and to decrease the incidence of artificial abortion syndrome.
