博乐欣与阿米替林治疗抑郁障碍对照观察

目的：探讨博乐欣与阿米替林对抑郁障碍的疗效及副反应。方法：对５０例抑郁障碍患者应用博乐欣（２５例）与阿米替林（２５例）进行对照治疗，疗程６周。

THE COMPARASIVE STUDY OF VENLAFAXINE AND AMITRIPTYLINE IN THE TREATMENT OF DEPRESSIVE DISORDERS

Objective:to study the effectiveness and side effects of venlafaxine and amitriptyline for depression.Method:Fifty patients with depression from outpatient were divided into two groups randomly with 25 cases each.The treatments were estimated for 6 weeks with HAMD.Results:The general effectiveness on the two groups was similar( P >0 05),but HAMD showed that there was most significant difference and HAMA significant difference by the fourth day.HAMD and HAMA estimations were most significantly different pre and after treatment ( P <0 01).TESS showed the side effects in the two groups were significantly different from the fourth day of the treatment but non significantly from the seventh day and then changed to be significant (P <0 01) from the 14th on.Conclusion:The effects of venlafaxine and amitriptyline were similar,but the minus scale rate of venlafaxine was higher and the side effects lower than that of amitriptyline.Therefore,venlafaxine was more suitable for the elder and cerebral,somatopathic depressive disorder patients.
