摘    要:本文对我国医院医务人员薪酬制度现状进行分析,提出整体水平低、薪酬差距大、标准太陈旧和结构不合理等问题,并提出了相应的解决办法,以期对健全和规范医务人员薪酬管理,提高医院运行效率和经济效益提供借鉴。

Abstract:The article analyzed the current situation on the pay system of medical staff in hospital. Some problems of pay system were put forward, which included overall low level, wide internal gap, old paying standard and irra-tional structure, etc. The author also put forward corresponding countermeasures to perfect and normalize the pay management of medical staff, so as to improve the operation efficiency and economic benefits.
