山东地区饲养动物与接触动物职业者弓形虫感染调查

目的 了解山东地区饲养动物与接触动物职业弓形虫感染情况，为防治该病提供有价值的资料。方法 采用滤纸干血滴间接血凝试验(IHAT)对饲养动物和接触动物职业重点人群进行弓形虫感染状况调查。结果 在饲养不同种类动物的人群中，以养猫同时养狗户弓形虫感染率为高(70．00％)，从事接触动物职业的人群弓形虫感染率平均为8．67％，其中以猪肉制品加工的感染率为高(10．23％)，牛、羊肉类加工感染率次之为9．67％，加工兔、鸡肉类最低为1．85％。在接触动物职业人群中男性感染率为9．64％；女性为7．62％，无显性差异。从事该职业1年内的男性感染率为2．86％，女性感染率为3．64％，而从事11～20年的男性感染率为12．50％，女性为7．89％；女性从事21～30年的感染率为15．38；男性为10．00%。讨论接触动物职业时间长短与感染具有显性差异，提示弓形虫感染率可随接触动物时间的延长而增高。

Investigation into ghe Infectious Status of Toxoplasmosis in Occupational Animal Breeders in Shandong

Objective To get the information about the infectious status of taxoplasma gondii in animal breeders by profession in Shandong Province and offer valuable data for the control of this disease. Methods The infectious status of toxoplasma gondii in animal breeders by profession was investigated by indirect hemagglutination test(IHAT) using dried filter paper blood. Resulst It was observed that the infection rate was highest(20.00% )in the families both breeding cats and dogs among the population breeding different animals. The average infection rate in the population with the profession of breeding or contacting with the animals of cat, dog, cattle, goat, rabbit, hen, etc. was 8.67%. Conclusion There was Singnificant difference between the infection rate in the population and the length of breeding and contacting with the animals, suggesting that the infection rate of toxoplasma gondii in the population was getting higher along with the increase of the length in breeding or contacting with the animals.
