CT诊断嗅神经母细胞瘤的价值

目的　评价CT诊断嗅神经母细胞瘤的作用。方法　回顾性分析 7例经手术或活检诊断的嗅神经母细胞瘤的CT表现。结果　按Kadish标准分期 ,本组 7例嗅神经母细胞瘤中 6例为C期 ,1例为B期 ,病灶均位于鼻腔顶部 ,均侵犯鼻窦、眼眶和前颅窝或中颅窝。 4例增强扫描中 3例明显不均匀强化 ,1例中度强化。结论　CT扫描可明确嗅神经母细胞瘤的侵犯范围和程度 ,并对肿瘤进行正确的分期 ,对临床决定治疗方案具有重要的参考价值。

The Value of CT in Diagnosing Olfactoryneuroblastoma

Objective To evaluate CT in the diagnosis of olfactoryneuroblastoma.Methods The CT characteristics of 7 cases with esthesioneuroblastoma proven by surgery and biopsy were analyzed retrospectively.Results According to Kadish staging,there were 6 cases with stage C,1 case with stage B.All the tumor located in nasal cavity and invaded ethmoid sinus(7 cases),orbit(3 cases),maxillary sinus(2 cases),sphenoid sinus (2 cases),frontal sinus(1 cases).Intracranial invasion occurred in 3 cases.Among 4 cases of enhanced CT scanning,3 cases were obviously and heterogeneously enhanced,1 case was moderately enhanced.Conclusion CT scanning can define the area of tumor involvement and tumor staging,it is useful for clinical treatment.
