~(153)Sm-EDTMP与伊班膦酸钠联合治疗肺癌骨转移临床观察

目的探讨153Sm-EDTMP内放疗与伊班膦酸钠(艾本)全身用药相结合治疗肺癌骨转移的临床疗效。方法96例肺癌骨转移患者随机分为2组,153Sm-EDTMP内放疗加伊班膦酸钠静脉滴注48例(治疗组),单用153Sm-EDTMP核素治疗组48例(对照组),比较2组止痛效果、活动能力、生活质量改善、溶骨病灶的修复及毒副作用。结果治疗组疼痛缓解率为93.75%,对照组疼痛缓解率为66.67%,2组间比较有显著差异(P<0.05);2组患者不良反应的发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论153Sm-EDTMP与伊班膦酸钠联合治疗肺癌骨转移,具有止痛、改善活动能力、提高生存质量并能有效修复溶骨性病灶的疗效。

Effect of 153Sm-EDTMP combined with ibandranate in treatment of osseous metastasis of lung cancer

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of 153Sm-EDTMP combined with ibandranate in treatment of osseous metastasis of lung cancer.Methods Ninty-six patients with osseous metastasis of lung cancer were randomly divided into two groups.The patients were received intervenous drop infusion of 153Sm-EDTMP and ibandranate in treatment group(n=48).The patients were received therapy with 153Sm-EDTMP in control group(n=48).The different of effect of odynolysis,locomotor activity,improvement of quality of life,recovery of osteolysis,toxical and adverse reaction between two group was compared.Results The odynolysis rate of treatment group was 93.75% while that of control group was 66.67%.There was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reaction between two groups was no significant different(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of 153Sm-EDTMP combined with ibandranate in treatment of osseous metastasis of lung cancer is effective for relieving pain,improvement locomotor activity,improvement of quality of life,recovery of osteolysis.
