补肾健脾方治疗原发性肝癌术后中医证候疗效及对患者甲状腺激素水平的影响

目的观察补肾健脾方治疗。肾阴虚兼脾气虚型原发性肝癌术后中医证候疗效及对患者甲状腺激素水平的影响。方法将45例患者随机分为治疗组23例和对照组22例，对照组采用常规保肝、营养支持及对症处理，治疗组同时加用补肾健脾方。两组均以28天为1个疗程，共治疗3个疗程；观察中医证候疗效及治疗前后甲状腺激素水平、中医证候积分、KPS评分变化情况，并随访生存期。结果两组治疗后T3、T4水平及中医证候积分较治疗前差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），组间治疗后比较，T1、T4及中医证候积分差异均有统计学意义。治疗组、对照组中医证候总有效率分别为86．95％、54．54％；组间中医证候疗效比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组、对照组治疗后KPS评分提高率分别为43．47％、27．27％；组间KPS评分变化情况比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组、对照组中位生存时间分别为10个月、9个月，组间12个月生存率差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论补肾健脾方治疗肾阴虚兼脾气虚型肝癌术后患者，可使甲状腺激素水平提高，并改善患者症状，提高生活质量，延长12个月生存期。
