| 摘 要： | 目的为观察三维快速牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法入院后第3天采用三维快速牵引治疗。各参数由微机控制。结果快速三维牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症总有效率达93.00％。结论三维快速牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症不仅安全有效，而且病程越短疗效越好。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficency of rapid traction with three dimension for treating patients with lumbar disc protusion. Method On the 3rd day after being hostitalized, we performed the rapid traction with all vectors designed by computer. (traction rang: 60～65mm, curve degree: 20°～ 25°, rotation degree: 20°～25°, traction time: 3s～1min). Result Our results showed that the total effective rate was 93.00% after rapid traction with three dimensions and obviously higher in the disease under 3 months than beyond 3 months(96.67% vs87.50%, P＜0.01). Conclusion The rapid traction with three dimensions is a kind of safe and effective treatment for patients with lumbar disc puotrusion, and the disease duration is short, the therapeutic effect is better. |
