| 摘 要： | 目的:评价脑钠素(BNP)在老年心衰患者中的诊断价值。方法:采用ELISA法测定心衰组和非心衰组共38例老年患者的血浆脑钠素水平并进行比较。结果:心衰组患者血浆脑钠素水平显著高于非心衰组(P<0.01),且血浆脑钠素浓度与心衰严重程度呈正相关。结论:血浆脑钠素水平是诊断老年心衰较好的指标,能反映心衰的严重程度,具有广泛的临床应用价值。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To appraise diagnostic value of serum brain natriuretic peptide (BNP)in gerontal patients with heart failure. Methods: Using ELISA method to determine the BNP levels of the heart failure group and the control group by common of 38 cases,then to made comparison with both groups. Results: The serum BNP levels in patients with heart failure were significantly higher than the control group (P < 0.01),and the serum BNP levels demonstrate the positive correlation with the graveness degree of the heart ... |
