| 摘 要： | 目的探讨原癌基因c-Ets-1蛋白质在正常月经周期子宫内膜组织中的表达。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测c-Ets-1蛋白质在34份子宫内膜组织中的表达。结果免疫组化结果显示c-Ets-1蛋白质在不同的月经周期子宫内膜组织中的表达有所不同，在增生早、中期及分泌早、晚期呈阴性表达，增生晚期个别（1／5）呈弱阳性表达，而在分泌中期多数（5／6）呈弱阳性表达，而且c-Ets-1蛋白质在各期淋巴组织及纤维母细胞组织中也有阳性表达。结论c-Ets-1基因可能与孕卵着床有关，它表达于孕卵着床的窗口期。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of the proto-oncogene c-Ets-1 during the menstrual cycle of endometrium. Methods c-Ets- 1 protein was detected in 32 samples of menstrual cycle of endometrium by Results revealed that the c-Ets-1 protein in cyclic endometrium expressed along with hormone of ovary. Moderate staining was.seen in mid secretary endometrium but not in others,and it was divided positive expression in lymph tissue and fibroblast. Conclusion c-Ets-1 expression perhaps plays an important role in embryo implantation during the menstrual cycle. |
