低强度聚焦超声治疗慢性软组织损伤的初步临床观察

摘    要:目的探讨低强度聚焦超声(LIFU)对慢性软组织损伤的疗效。方法将95例慢性软组织损伤患者分为治疗组66例,行LIFU治疗并随访3周;对照组29例,采用相同仪器,不接电源治疗。记录两组治疗前、疗程结束后、随访3周时疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分,并观察不良反应。结果治疗组2例退出,余64例,治疗后及3周随访时VAS评分较治疗前降低(P〈0.05)。对照组退出4例,余25例,治疗前与治疗前比较无统计学差异(P〉0.05)。治疗组治疗前后VAS评分变化较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),且不同类型之间VAS变化无统计学差异(P〉0.05)。两组均未见不良反应。结论LIFU对不同类型慢性软组织损伤治疗均有效,且安全无创。

Abstract:Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of low- intensity focused ultrasound (LIFU) in chronic soft tissue injury. Methods Ninety - five patients with chronic soft tissue injury were enrolled in this study, and they were divided into treatment group(66 patients) and control group( 29 patients). The treatment group was treated by LIFU and followed up for 3 weeks, and the control group was treated by the sham LIFU. VAS(visual analogue scale, VAS)score was recorded before the therapy, after the whole therapy and after the 21 - day follow- up, and the adverse effect was observed during the whole therapy. Results Two patients in the treatment group quitted,the VAS score in remained 64 patients was decreased significantly after the treatment and after the 21 - day follow - up. Four patients in the control group quitted. The VAS in the remained 25 patients had no significant difference between before and after the treatment ( P 〉 0.05). Compared with control group, there was significant difference in treatment group of VAS variation before and after treatment ( P 〈 0.05 ), and there was no significant difference in variety of VAS among the different types of chronic soft tissue injury (P 〉 0.05). No adverse effect was observed in the two groups. Conclusion LIFU is an effect, safe and non - invasive method in treatment of different types of chronic soft tissue injury.
