芬太尼透皮贴剂联合高剂量帕米膦酸二钠治疗多发性骨转移疼痛的疗效及耐受性观察

目的探讨芬太尼透皮贴剂联合高剂量帕米膦酸二钠治疗多发性骨转移疼痛的疗效及耐受性。方法选择恶性肿瘤伴多发性骨转移、初始为重度疼痛、经芬太尼透皮贴剂治疗15天以上未达到中度以上缓解者32例,给予芬太尼透皮贴剂联合高剂量帕米膦酸二钠治疗,比较联合治疗前后疗效及不良反应。结果联合治疗前疼痛评分为6.41±0.79,联合治疗后降至2.12±0.91(P<0.0001),联合治疗总有效率75.0%,生活质量良好比例由15.6%增至81.3%(P<0.0001)。5例出现发热,对症处理后体温当日降至正常。结论芬太尼透皮贴剂联合高剂量帕米膦酸二钠治疗多发性骨转移疼痛疗效及耐受性好,明显提高患者生活质量。

Transdermal Fentanyl Combined with Pamidronate Disodium for the Management of Pain Caused by Multiple Osseous Metastasis
