卵巢过度刺激综合征相关因素探讨

目的:探讨与卵巢过度刺激综合征发生、发展相关的因素以指导临床治疗。方法:对自1999年7月-2002年7月在无锡市第四人民医院接受体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)治疗中发生卵巢过度刺激综合征(OHSS)与未发生OHSS患者的各项临床、实验室数据进行比较分析。结果:OHSS组与非OHSS组相比,存在卵巢体积大、获卵数多、妊娠率高的倾向(P<0.05)。中重度OHSS组与非OHSS组相比,还存在促性腺激素(Gn)用药量少、年龄低、过敏体质的倾向(P<0.05)。早发OHSS和晚发OHSS相比,存在年龄低、HCG日血清雌激素值高的倾向(P<0.05)。结论:对OHSS高危因素患者进行监测,及早给予相应处理对有效预防或减轻OHSS的发生有一定帮助。

Related Factors of Patients With Ovarian Hyperstimulation Syndrome

Objective: To study the correlative factors of OHSS. Methods: Compare the clinical and laboratory parameters of OHSS patients with those of non-OHSS patients. Results: Compared with non - OHSS patients, the OHSS patients had the tendency of larger ovarian , more retrieved oocytes, high rate of pregnancy. In addition, the moderate and severe OHSS patients were significantly younger, receiving lower doses of Gn, and with increased prevalence of allergy. Compared with late OHSS patients, early OHSS patients were younger, and had a higher level of serum E2 concentration after controlled ovarian hyperstimulation. Conclution: Judicious monitoring and treatments of patients who had high risk factors probably would prevent and reduce the OHSS.
