| 摘 要： | 本文通过动物实验,观察了肺心病兔的心肌纤维变化。结果显示:随着肺心病的形成和加重,肌厚纤维散乱,游离和断裂。提示,肺心病心衰时应用强心甙类药物存在一定的弊端,应尽量少用或不用。 |

| Abstract: | We observed the changes in cardiac muscle fibre in rabbits with cor pulmonale.The results showed that cardiac myofibrillae were divergent,disordered,free and breaked with the tormation and exacerbation of cor plmonale.It is suggested that there are cerain disadvantages of using car- diac glycosides,when patients with eor pulmonale are in heart failure,and therefere no or less car- diac glycosides should be used. |
